WIRULink Buy Back Guarantee

WIRUlink (Pty) Ltd (“WIRUlink”) hereby confirms that it will refund all new clients in cash, for the equipment purchased from and installations done by WIRUlink, and approve the re-porting of telephone number/s from WIRUlink to another service provider, subject to the following:

1. That continuous Unsatisfactory Voice and Data service be experienced by the Client, caused by the conduct of WIRUlink, and is to be verified jointly by both yourself and WIRUlink Technical management.
2. That WIRUlink be afforded sufficient opportunity to rectify the fault (where applicable).
3. That the equipment be in a working condition and is free from damages.
4. A 10% handling fee will be charged by WIRUlink on the returned equipment.
5. The Buy back Guarantee is valid only for 6 (six) months as from date of installation

Equipment Once off Purchase Option on MTM Agreement

For once-off equipment purchases on Month-to-Month (MtM) terms, a Buy Back Guarantee applies. The buy-back amount is calculated based on the current replacement value at the time of cancellation:

• 75% in Year 1,
• 50% in Year 2,
• 25% in Year 3,
• and 10% in Year 4.
