Current active WIRUlink Home Fibre customers and orders in progress will not be affected by this temporary suspension in any way. Our friendly Helpdesk is still available from 7am until 11pm (365 days a year) for technical support.
Existing WIRUlink Home Fibre customers would also still be able to upgrade or downgrade their package to any other package/speed of their choice.
