Moving to a new home or office any time soon?

We understand how stressful it can be to move, so we thought we’d take one thing off your to-do list and fill you in on what you need to know about relocation and what that means for your WIRUlink wireless or fibre internet services.

Here’s what you should know:

Fibre

If you’re planning to relocate it’s important to note that Fibre Network Operators (such as VUMA, Openserve, Evotel & Frogfoot) require a calendar month's termination notice.

When the relocation process starts, our friendly team will cancel the service at your old address and assist you in applying for a new service at the new address. Please note that an early cancellation fee may apply.

Wireless

If you are an existing wireless internet customer looking to relocate your equipment within our coverage area, our team can assist with a hassle-free equipment move.

We kindly request that customers refrain from attempting to remove WIRUlink wireless equipment themselves. One of our Authorised Installers needs to do the move for you to ensure that all equipment is carefully removed, reinstalled, configured and tested properly.
